Launch Complex 31 is a launch pad located at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida, USA. It was originally built in the 1950s to support military missile testing and later adapted to support launches of NASA's Delta rockets.
The complex consists of a launch pad, a mobile service tower, and a payload processing facility. It has been used for both military and civilian launches, including launching satellites for communication and weather monitoring.
In recent years, it has been used primarily for private launches by SpaceX and United Launch Alliance. Launch Complex 31 is currently leased by SpaceX, and they have made extensive modifications to support their Falcon 9 and Falcon Heavy rockets.
The launch complex is capable of supporting both liquid and solid fueled rockets, and it has been used for over 50 launches since it was built.
